The mission of the Human Resource Department is to develop and administer policies, practices and systems that attract and retain the highest caliber workforce available. In doing so, we will help ensure that the morale, work quality, productivity and customer service skills of all Detroit Edison Public School Academy employees will meet and/or exceed requirements.
